The Lodge is one of only a smally handful of vegan holiday destinations in the world and is the only 100% vegan establishment in the region.

It offers an exclusive eco-vegan experience where vegans, vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements including diabetics, celiacs, and those with specific religious or cultural needs, together with anyone who is interested in an alternative life-style, can relax secure in the knowledge that they won't be offered anything to which they are physically or ethically averse.

This means guests don't even have to worry about any "hidden" ingredients like chicken stock, butter or lard.   When one adds the ecological aspect to The Lodge's modus operandi its product is, quite literally, the only establishment of its kind anywhere in the world.
